Virtual - 10 Session Package

Rate: $250.00 early bird - $300.00 regular

Requirements: 

  • 30 min (free) consultation with trainer to assess fitness goals and scheduling


Perks:

  • 1 hour private training session

  • 1 free orientation session

  • 50% off Sunday Sweat group sessions

  • Virtual sessions which allow you to train in the comfort of your own home

  • Custom tailored sessions

FIT

In-person (or virtual if requested)

Pre-book Rate: $60.00/session

  • Requires a minimum booking of 2 sessions for the month.

  • Must be paid on the 1st of the month.

Single Session Rate: $70.00/session​

  • Can be booked individually and paid after the 1st.

  • 30 min (free) consultation with trainer to assess fitness goals and scheduling

  • FREE Sunday Sweat sessions

*Sessions can take place at client's home, trainer's home gym or outdoors. Limited equipment.

In-Person (at fitness facility)
